As a commerce writer at CNET, I'm interested in products. I often think about their features and what makes them different from other products on the market. When I write, it's human-centered, and focused on highlighting why a person/customer should buy it. Using SEO and research, I break down deals, products and tips to help people find what they need in life to make their daily lives easier.

Beyond commerce writing, I love technology related to gaming, video, and photo editing.

I've written in both B2B and B2C spaces and leveraged my qualitative research experience from my PhD to know how to support businesses bottom line. From marketing, customer support, research, and sales, I've found that I enjoy bringing products and people together.

I graduated from DePaul University with a Master of Arts in Multimedia Journalism. I have a B.A. from DePaul University and an Ed.M. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
